Seriously...just got of a chat support for Sage software with this dude,(dudette? )and even on a chat it was making no fucking sense at all:
" You want now install old version to back data to backup later before you install old version ?"
Yeah..got that... I will try that...surprised he (it) did not tell me his (it) name was Sean O' Reilly....
