Live by the special teams, die by the special teams. The wind is going to make the kicking game tough tonight.

Too fucking easy.

7-7 before Gabbert even touches the ball.

Tress Way must punt knuckleballs. 3rd time this year OU punts, recovers fumble at most opportune time.

wild start.

Mushburger thinks anything with a pulse has speed. Nice pick and play though.

as bace mentioned in the gameday thread.....turf looks a bit slippery. Murray has a chance to score, falls down. next play Jones throws an INT with a big return.

question for Mizzou peeps: is this a new Truman the Tiger suit? last year i sat behind the MU bench at the CU game and the Truman suit was looking pretty raggedy. like he had spent the night under a bridge.

2 redzone turnovers now. Bend but don't break.

Game is not over, 3 points is not that big of a lead with a half left.

Mizzou played nervous as Jon standing in a foodstamp line yet somehow eeked out a 3-point lead. Gabbert needs to calm the fuck down, they aren't putting any pressure on him.

big 3rd and 18 conversion right before the half for MU. for whatever reason, Venebles gives that up sometimes.

and a big stop here to open the 2nd.

Audio fucked - sounds like they're on live via AT&T from Tajikistan.

Geeks, rain did this?

You're in the deadass bellybutton of Missouri, fix this.

Pretty easy for you to say. Your team has played only two road games so far vs shit ass opponents. OU is playing a pretty legitimate team in their house on prime time. Plenty of time left, and wins like this don't come easy.

We all knew where you were thinking about going with it, though. Sorry.

MU really winning up front on both sides of the LOS right now.....and scoring again.

Gotta say that I've been impressed with Missouri tonight. First time I've seen them play this year but they're getting it done.

Definitely under-estimated Mizzou. Quality football team.

why go for 2 here?

don't make it, it's still a two score game. kick the PAT (which is likely the sure thing) and it's a one score game. and there's 6 minutes left.

more bad execution from OU. with all respect to MU, this has been a very frustrating game to watch. 2 RZ turnovers, missed chip shot FG, penalties, Bad Landry plays....etc.

if you kick the PAT, here you go.....you got the ball on your 10, down 8, with 2:39 to score and go for two and send it to OT.

Congrats to Adelpiero and War Wagon on a huge win. Should be a great game next Saturday. Wish it was in Columbia, we seem to be a better team on the road anymore.

You're so fucking old, are you sure you're even able to comprehend what was just said?
Yeah, I'm a whole 12 years older than you. Of course, you being from the deep south, that makes me old enough to be your daddy.

First I've seen much of Mizzou this year as well. Pretty impressive.

Props to Mizzou. I didn't think there was any way they could beat OU because, well, they're OU, but they did, and looked damn good doing it.

i saw Mizzou against Colorado was impressed. they have playmakers and a lot of speed and for the first time in Pinkel history can stop the run. very active on D. they whipped OU on the LOS in the 2nd half. didn't think this would be easy, though OU being #1 was a statistical anomaly.

losing Christenson as OC and the DC who's name i forget appears to be a blessing. Pinkel did a nice job replacing those guys, seems. Bjorn Borg looking OC called a great game.....esp the 2 3rd and forever conversions.

Rack your self-discipline to post in-game Wags...

If I had been anywhere near my laptop tonight, I woulda flung it across the room at least five times.

Helluva win for ol' Mizzou!
