The article you linked said nothing about what you are claiming. How the fuck is that ankle biting?
Conduct issues involving alcohol are dealt with by the league, not the team. They can't suspend him if they wanted to. I doubt they would list him inactive or sit him for the game either. They are short on healthy LB as it is and I doubt they are going to be running many nickel formations agianst Jones and Charles.
