at least? this shit is really starting to get to you I can see
I'm not sure Boise State can get through undefeated, the game at Nevada is going to be a tough game, but if you can't see why it's important that a non-AQ school make it to the MNC game, then you're really not a true fan of college football

The "if" game what what we CFB fans do...
But I'm not downgrading TCU for getting all they could handle.
I'm actually kinda pissed that BSU has had the cupcake thing going, because my eyeballs tell me they're an
excellent team, but their schedule isn't definitive on the matter...
but you've heard this
once or twice this season, no?
If, at the end of the day, Auburn is using an ineligible player, then I'm almost leaning to the TCU side of the fence.
Just can't justify endorsing BSU, although the Duck Honk in me really wants to.
But like I've said before, BSU did what they needed to do to put themselves in position next season... well played on their part.

I'm of the opinion that any team that goes 13-0 in the Meatgrinder deserves a MNC shot.
And within this far-from-perfect system, if two teams from the two premiere conferences go undefeated, the discussion is over.
I'm really hoping to be talking a bunch of shit on Spray and Carson in January.

no argument from me on either point...if allbarn gets through undefeated not only do they deserve a shot, they should just automatically give them the title...no disrespect to oregon, but the SEC is by far the most talent laden conference there is and to do what newton has done this year is simply astounding
I'm kind of hoping for a non-AQ team to make it, so that a serious discussion of a playoff system could finally get some meaningful face time with the powers that be....
all I really want is a playoff....I know, big dream with little hope of success, but a boise or tcu appearance in the mnc could move those discussions to the fast lane

AU definitely has the toughest remaining schedule.
Three ranked teams, including last year's Heisman and MNC winner.
The Gazoscocks will be tough on a neutral field.

putting a one-loss bcs team in the mnc game ahead of an undefeated boise or tcu is exactly why the powers-that-be can continually get on air and go on about how the bcs generates interest and discussion in a way a playoff couldn't. you dipshits whine about lack of a playoff but then get worked up over the arbitrary process that determines who gets to play for a championship you claim isn't really a championship. dumbfucks.

like that means anything considering were it any other team there'd be a 73% chance you'd just say "and i'm a fan" instead.
