Seems to me his "agenda" could just as easily be to make a mockery of the religious right and a few fast bucks as anything else.

Striking back with violence against the Phelps people doesn't help or prove anything. It only puts you on their level. What they are doing is ugly and stupid but what you have to do is ignore it completely. Any public observer knows they are making no sense so it's best to just leave it at that. The world has ugly in it.
