I certainly hope UM wins.
I've become a big RichRod lover this season and the longer he can preserve his job there the better.

Power running game gives Michigan too many problems. I doubt Tressel throws it that much. Pryor and Herron will both have 100+ yards. Play action will be open too because of the running game.
I think Michigan can move the ball, though. Just not enough to keep up with all the points the defense will be giving up.
Ohio St- 37
Michigan- 20
Pryor- 14-19-250
Herron- 19-122

The only thing I hate more than RichRod is the 3-3-5...I hope I don't have to see at least one of those two for much longer.
Michigan 21
Ohio State 38

He's pining for the John Cooper days when they won fewer games but looked more stylish in the process.
As for The Game...

No the facts are facts...
Cooper's teams played tougher Michigan, Illinois and PSU teams...he still beat up on the cupcakes...but here is my issue...Cooper's teams at least showed up in most big games (except Michigan)...even in bowl games against SEC teams they didn't get embarassed (they lost by 7 2x and 6 1x to Peyton and UT of course)...
not pining...just want a competent offensive coordinator...
and M Club...winning the Big 10 now is like well winning the SEC in hockey...who gives a fuck...
face it I support my alma matre but I can be critical of my head coach...

Dantonio can say whatever he feels he needs to say. He's got to choose his words carefully, I don't. He knows what needs to happen.

obviously i'm just bullshitting, but aside from prefacing every statement with "we still have a game against penn state," what's there to be diplomatic about?

The SEC doesn't sponsor hockey.

true, every half-assed parallel needs to be fact checked to ensure it's historically and scientifically correct (and doesn't offend the delicate sensibilities of any far right-wing "patriot"). kind of wondering why you jumped all over this sec hockey thing but let it go whenever anyone calls you a jizz mopper even though you're actually on hands and knees with just a sponge and an old shirt.

They don't have as many uniform choices as Oregon.

It's really too bad Robinson's individual season is overshadowed by how pissed the fanbase is with the state of the team and the coaching staff. This was one of the most memorable individual seasons any Wolverine players has had. He was exciting and fun to watch but no doubt would I rather trade that for team success. The offense is definitely closer to "championship" quality than the defense is and I have know idea to make of the state of the special teams. In two out of three phases, this team is atrocious. There was no way Robinson was going to single-handedly win that game going against senior-lead defense and with the way their defense and special team was playing.

88...my thoughts over the last 3-5 years with the offensive talent OSU has recruited...that fucking midget assclown won't let them make plays...if they do it is improvisation from TP or whatever...but you can see when they let him event threaten to run the defense collapses and leaves WR's wide fucking open...um hello Coach call that shit EVERY FUCKING TIME...
anyway 9-1 v some of the worst Michigan squads...buckeye homer nation is jizzing all over themseleves...pardon me while I puke seeing as though one fucking horrendous quarter against Wisconsin cost this team...but hey we got that fucking midget's field goal...
Yes, I think we play Arkansas in the Sugar provided South Carolina doesn't upset Auburn

don't know what to really make of this. on one hand, it's hard to argue with the 2000/1500 stats he put up; on the other, his inconsistency make those numbers nearly worthless. well, maybe not nearly worthless: perhaps we were a 4-8 team without them, though perhaps we were still a 7-5 if we had but a middling defense to go along with a middling qb.
i'm pretty ambivalent about michigan's next move (assuming we're talking about harbaugh). i like what dickrod's done with the offense, especially considering how young they are, but obviously the defense and special teams are a joke. i'd guess any hope for dickrod to keep his job would include an ultimatum to fire off his defensive staff unless, casteel comes over from wvu. but even then that would involve convincing a big ten guy (brandon) that the 3-3-5 can work in the big ten, which i doubt. the harbaugh move is appealing because i have nieces and like to read them children's stories, but we've seen just how rocky transitions can be from one style of play to another, though i imagine this one would be less dramatic because 1. dickrod will have left some talent on the roster and 2. the whole michigan man vibe.
whatever happens, i don't mind that michigan brought in dickrod. it was a good time to roll the dice and see if it'd work. the michigan fan base was divided between those who wanted to stay the bo-moeller-carr course and those who thought we could use new blood, but really, if it came down to dickrod or a carr assistant, who would you choose? stan debord drove central michigan into the ground and ron english is failing his dick off at eastern michigan, only eight miles away from ann arbor. so i guess there's that.
