The wife and I are traveling down the Columbia River Gorge to Vancouver tomorow, thus missing our yearly bet on how drunk her bro-in-law will get. Just put my turkey in its brine bath. Will roast same tomorrow morning before making the drive to Escondido for the fambly get together.
