a team (ALABAMA none the less) gives up a 24 point lead and loses?

LSU seems to get lucky every week and finds a way to win..and the SEC East is just garbage.

poopoo.

i just love Gary Danielson's constant, yet largely irrelevant in terms of the actual game, plugs for the greatness of the conference. nice job, company man.

I am sure UA's opponent will prove you correct in the NCG.

Yeah, I heard Danielson blowing BCS conference cock late in the game, too. What a fucking tool.

Iowa would be a three touchdown favorite over Alabama.

Yeah, they'd be the favorite but it would come down to scoring in their final possession and Iowa would once again fail in their 2 minute offense and prove themselves once to be the biggest chokers in college football.

Watching LSU / Arkansas and I must say I am not impressed. Many mistakes by both teams. Turnovers, stupid untimely penalties, etc., etc.

Based on what I'm seeing today, neither of these teams would be competitive in either the PAC10 or the Big 10. How LSU can be ranked higher than Stanford or any of the 1 loss Big 10 teams has got to be an indication of rampant national SECBSHomerism.

Last play of the half. Was that a "prevent" defense by LoSerU?

Is there such a thing as a timely penalty?

But yeah, both teams are shooting themselves in the foot. LSU has an untimely snap go right off the QB's facemask for a turnover and then Ark turns if right back over with an untimely INT to a blanketed receiver.

That Mallet kid looks to have an NFL arm, though.

Good point. Some penalties are more untimely than others, no?

Great arm but he makes some seriously dumb mistakes.

Yeah, we've always had that problem down here. Those northeast, midwest, and far west voters constantly prop up SEC programs. It's happened forever...like in '66, for instance. Some things never change, I guess. The whole nation just loves us southerners. :meds:
Maybe not but it sure is fun to bait y'all.
