I hate that defense and anyone that lives in the 335 area code sucks too!

On a more serious note, given that West Virginia ran that D when DickRod was there, I'm pretty sure I know who the real defensive coordinator is.

That is funny.
Can't blame Robinson for RR forcing the 3-3-5 on him. I don't think it was what he ran in his hey day.
Hopefully the evaluation process after the bowl game includes Brandon "suggesting" a different defensive approach.

Re: Greg Robinson on the 3-3-5
in Robinson's "hey day" he had a D paid for by Pat Bowlen's checkbook and spotted a 21-0 lead at the end of the first quarter....in nearly every game thanks to Mike Shanahan, John Elway and Terrell Davis circa 1999.WolverineSteve wrote:I don't think it was what he ran in his hey day.

Re: Greg Robinson on the 3-3-5
I used to swear by the 3-3-5 back when I could stomach playing the NCAA Football video games. It's an incredibly versatile defense on the game. A little weak against power run teams, but since hardly anyone had the patience to stick with the running game, swapping out a DT for and extra safety was great against the pass. Apparently, it's not quite as effective IRL.
