15) Film (And Film Cameras)
16) Yellow Pages And Address Books
17) Catalogs
18) Fax Machines
19) Wires
20) Hand-Written Letters

Fax machines are still viable. They're a secure form of communication and faxes can be admissible in court. I have CDs, but I rarely use them (I need a record player). I also have a map of DC that I carry in my bag, but I rarely use it now that I have a smart phone (and I know the city well enough).
