I've already said multiple times that if any allegation of sexual assault is ever proven to even a standard acceptable in a civil court, then Ben is dead to me. But until then, he's innocent. On the other hand, Vick is a fucking convict. How is it that you don't see the difference?

Nice try Scott. The DA did request DNA and later withdrew the request because no DNA was found on the alleged victim after the rape kit was run on her. With no DNA on the victim, it makes no sense to ask for Ben's. Sorry if the facts are too hard to take.

Now, were this imaginary daughter to seek my advice (yea right), I'd warn her that showing up to a bar whilst drunk, underage and wearing a shirt that says DTF is probably not the best way to go about finding Mr. Right.
