If this embarrassing loss isn't enough to fire RichRod, then UM deserves the fate that awaits them. They have to fire the guy and make a hire that will at least get them moving in the right direction. Harbaugh would be the obvious choice, if he's interested and available, but I don't know who else would be on the TVO list.
