Got dragged to a show last night

Guster
Wasn't really part of my Grand Plan for Dinsdale, but sometimes, you gotta save up the brownie points.
And dang -- how pleasantly surprising.
Outstanding live band. Their music certainly isn't tearing anyone's face off, but what they did, they did flawlessly.
Very impressive.
Plus, it was at the Crystal Ballroom, where the bouncing floor makes any show better.
I'd recommend seeing them to just about anyone, or anyone who likes really tight, polished live bands... and remember, I'm no huge Guster fan. And for 26 bucks (which I didn't pay for, bartered with my dick instead), hard to go wrong.
