My solution would be to tie the members of Righthaven to poles, douse them with gasoline and burn them alive.

Problem solved.

I haven't opened the links, but I just somehow know that mvscal has nailed it.

Yet another reason why everyone hates lawyers.

Chip, your profession sucks. It sucks because basically, there's just too fukking many of you.

In other industries supply and demand regulates the numbers. With you fukking leeches, it's different. You game the system to create new demand out of thin air.

This group of parasites is not the problem. The problem is an out of control legal system that does every fukking thing it can to see that as many of them can remain gainfully employed as possible.

So, what do you think about the $105 "solution"?

Can you explain to me how this is anything other than extortion?

These fukks really should be shot.

For so many people here in DC, going to law school is considered just part of life. I laugh at people who haven't heard of (or don't believe in) the law school bubble. Many of these idiots are having their rich parents finance it, but even if that's the case, I tell them to use that money to start a business or buy a condo, which with the latter the 'rents are probably financing anyway.

If you can get into an excellent school and finish at the top of your class, have at it. But if you're going to attend, say Cooley or Seton Hall law, good luck getting yourself out from under the crushing debt.

You're not off the mark. Cousin of mine completed law school passed what is purported to be one of the more challenging bar exams in New York.

He's working three jobs, none really "law" related, one is in a wine shop in DC and he's in debt out the ass due to tuition. AU downtown btw.

When the head of the American Bar Association is calling for law schools to curtail themselves, you know you have a problem.

I gotta give you props, the thought of finding an attack on the copyright foundation lingers towards anyone who republishes without protection, the intellectual property of another...However, the good on this thread is that I'm knowledgable as to what my clients must do if they wish to avoid the Vegas operations tactics.

Thanks for putting this out there JSC, esteemed bayou counsel...
