The Reverend Rodney King, Jr. (as Tony Soprano referred to him) was beaten by LA Cops, including Sgt. Stacey Koon.

He has been arrested about a half dozen times since then, squandered most of the $3.8 Million he was awarded in a civil suit, and is engaged to the lone black juror from that case as well as being a grandfather now.

At least CNN will be honoring him tomorrow night:
