Thanks for the Wisconsin political advertisement that came right in front of your most forgettable musical interlude.

I feel partially gay listening to this.
Not so much watching it...

Sam -- coupla things... I'm younger than you (not by eons or anything) but I was a small kid when the AM soft-rock wave hit... that shit's allllll good by me.
Secondly, the statute of limitations might be up on Sammy Johns.
BTW -- working with guys who do the easy listening thing at work. Just heard some folksy-dork-chick doing a super-soft cover of the White Stripes' Fell In Love With A girl. If the rock tunes I dug post-30 are now being covered by easy listening dork-chicks, does that mean I'm old? Fuck, it's only been like 12 short years.

Not sure if it's humiliating, it's new. But liking tear-jerking ballads is always risky business with six months hindsight.
Potentially humiliating?

AKA, the soundtrack to more than a few family car rides in my household whilst I was growing up. Much respect.

It's a trainwreck, but the goddamn hook stays in your head for weeks...
