Stuffed Mushrooms/Jalapenos:

Mixture of pork and axis ground meat
Put chopped up some onion real fine
'Slap Yo Mama' seasoning
Garlic
Salt
Cream Cheese
Parmesan (sp?)
Baked Stuffed mushrooms in the oven for twenty minutes @ 350

Shrimp Boil mixture:
Boiled water with sliced lemon
Salt
'Slap Yo Mama' shrimp boil
Cayenne
Onion
Garlic

Let water get to a boil and add potatoes. Cook potatoes for 20 minutes, take potatoes out and then add corn. Cook corn for about 10 minutes, remove corn and then add shrimp for roughly 4-5 minutes.

Have a beer and enjoy.

Why boil prawns when you can marinate char grill them way way better flavour!

Is that a thumb ring? Looks like it needs to be surgically removed.
