Obviously the Republicans would love to get their hands on Wiener.

Cuda stands by his statement.

The right-wing ninnies like Cuddles who get their panties in a bunch everytime these rumors surface, at least when they pertain to the other side of the aisle, apparently. Then again, if true, that doesn't exactly comport with their agenda.

Personally, I couldn't care less who any elected official or candidate for public office is sleeping with.

Nor do I, but I do care about what a person says vs. what they do. If someone is going to act like a family man on the campaign trail and is chasing tail behind the scenes, kind of makes you wonder what other things he says/does on the campaign trail and is doing the opposite with their congressional votes.

What Indy said.

Plus the fact they're lying also opens them up to possible extortion and blackmail, which could compromise their fealty to the office they serve.

Instead of representing "the people" they begin representing "the people with the pictures".

It doesn't look like Weiner will get off. He's definitely getting spanked.

Is weiner going to 'get off' before or after his spanking?

It's hard to tell. I'll leave that to someone with a firm grip on the story.

There may be some wiggle room.

Weiner says that's not his weiner. His twitter account was hacked. Right wing dirty tricks.

His chance at the mayoral race are looking flaccid.

Weiner should pull out.

Did any of you guys even watch the interview? He won't even answer the questions: Did you do it? Was your account hacked? What a pile of shit.

Nice nose, too.

Of course you wouldn't. You are a lawyer. Things like morality, accountability and personal ethics are not only omitted from your DNA, but they are also bad for business.

It's hard wrapping my brain around this setup. Sticking it to Wiener accomplishes what exactly?

Apparantly rubbing Weiner the wrong way causes him to erupt. I thought it would've softened his stance.

Yes, but it's the people around him that will likely get hosed.
He's leaving a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

You make it sound like Weiner's being shoved down their throats.

New Yorkers want to put Weiner behind them. That's what I'm sayin'.

With all the media frenzy, I'm sure Weiner is feeling drained.

If Weiner can pull out of this unscathed, then kudos for him. Everyone will find a new story tomorrow and have no interest in what Wiener is getting into.

Oh please...Every news program you turn to, Weiner seems to be on everyone's lips. Especially the right-wing press, they just won't let go of Weiner.

I suppose Fox won't let go of Wiener just yet. They'll drag Wiener through the mud until they can beat on something else. Wiener was a good pull for Fox, however, MSNBC is probably countering with damage control by pumping Wiener.

Regardless of how this plays out, Wiener will be in a tight one come primary time.

Not possible. He's strictly "hands-off" at this point.
Even Weiner's strongest supporters know he's licked.

Republicans don't gain anything by clipping this asshat. More like Chicago style dirty tricks. The only "setup" scenario that makes any sense is to view it through Democrat primary politics. Whiner (great name for a Jew, btw) is very close to the Clintons. He married Shillary's chief of staff during her campaign run and Billigula officiated their wedding.
