Ever find any sweet treasures in someone else's trash?

I found a Dell laptop that I occasionally use to pound out my profound and witty posts (needed an AC adapter and I upgraded the hard drive to a larger capacity).

7000 BTU air-conditioner, mint condition.

Assorted furniture suitable for my communist sensibilities (wooden crate coffee table and such).

I'm pretty sure the thought of acquiring something that doesn't include inconspicuously brandishing your platinum card has you waking up screaming with night terrors.

when i lived in a town that had a dump, i am reasonably sure i took more home than i brought there. used to go just before closing on sunday afternoon which is when people brought everything there that didn't sell at tag sales. brought an assload of lumber home. 100 year old 2x4s are far superior to the kindling they pass off as dimensional lumber these days. my air compressor came from there (needed a powercord). it still leaks a bit of air, but, wgaf?

Credit cards are for suckers, amigo.
believe it or not, they can be used to one's financial advantages, assuming one is not a financial dumbfukk.

Try UV light. You have probably been lounging in somebody else's spent DNA for last few years.

I don't think so. Then again, I've never carried a balance, and the 3-4 free flights (well, $50/year membership fee) a year make it worthwhile.

That, I concur with, counselor.
