Top QBs often play for really good teams. Fascinating.

Two of the top 70 are Badgers.

Hawaii lost a bunch of WR's and their RB, but Moniz threw for 5000 yards (!) and 39 TD's. with Colorado's inexperienced d backfield, that could be a rough opener for the Buffs I keep telling my CU peeps. CU will have to control the LOS and produce right away from the new commitment to a downhill, pro set I with a FB run game. because I think that may be a track meet shootout and CU is not a team that's used to scoring 35-40 a game. more accustomed to having the 11th or 12th best O in the Big XII.

Why didn't you say '2 Badgers in the top 68'?

In all seriousness, what's the feeling about Wilson up there? How's the offense looking with him?
The feeling up here pre-Wilson was that this was an extremely solid team with a gaping hole at QB. I don’t think anyone has seen the offense since Wilson got here, at least I haven’t seen any comments. But there seems to be a significant contingent that believes that Wisconsin is not only the odds-on favorite to win the Big10, but that they belong in the national title discussion. The only thing that gives me pause is Bielema’s game management skills.

You guys (my yankee impression) could be this year's Auburn. A one-year wonder boy at QB takes you straight to the top!

Clay was the third best RB on the team last year. Believe it or not, he would have probably been 4th or 5th best this year. Why do you think he turned pro?

That's because he was soft.

That, and the fact that RBs are not seen as high value first round picks much anymore. Teams figure that they can pick up a decent RB in the middle rounds. Clay definitely had injury issues with his ankles, probably due to carrying too much weight.

Sam, Wisconsin doesn't recruit dumbasses. This is the Big 10, not the SEC.

Wonder boy?

He's a decent qb (with experience, which is a big plus), but let's not get carried away here. Cam Newton was a physical freak of nature, and the #1 overall pick. Russell Wilson is 5'11" 205, and never completed 60% of his passes against inferior competition. I think he'll be fine, mostly because he'll have a very good running game to rely on, but c'mon.

Or 0-13, once the NCAA gets done with you.

Yeah Oklahoma didn't have a TB who gained over 1,100 yards last season or anything. If only he could have accomplished getting that whopping 950 yards Auburns best TB got in Dyer.

Yes but they threw the ball 633 times and only ran it 578 times. You call that balanced?

Errrrrrrr - Cam ran for well over 1,000 yards, or did you forget that? Besides - where did Auburn end up this past season, and where did OU end up? Just shut the fuck up, stupid. You've been a bitter little cunt all day.
Errrrrr? Errrrrrrr? That's what you have, errrrrrr? You do remember with your limited brain capacity what a TB is and the difference between one and QB is, right?

Basically you ran off at the mouth about how proud you were, and how much you preferred, of having such a more "balanced" offense. Then got exposed as being full of shit. Oklahoma ran an offense that was 52.2/47.8 and had the fifth most balanced offense in the country. By the way Allbarn had a 68.8/31.2 run to pass offense last season and one of the least balanced offenses in the country, moron.

And how many of those running yards were Cam taking off after going back for a pass? Sucking your own ass much? If you review, you'll also note where I said I was happiest going 13-0. What an insecure and useless fuck you are, dude.
Yeah the useless one is the guy who actually has his degree from the school he roots for and owns his own home and business in the town the other is always bragging about. Congrats on the every five decade title rate there guy. :meds:

In one breath spray lauds Allbarn for being much more "balanced" than Oklahoma, except they weren't. In the next breath his excuse for Allbarn's starting TB not being being as accomplished or successful as Oklahoma's was because of the number of yards Cam got on the ground. And then in the next deep breath with the smell of horse manure, the excuse for Allbarn's proven unbalanced offense was that Cam pulled the ball down and ran it out of passing formations! Compiling a logical argument isn't a strong suit of your's is it? . . . Wait did I just ask that like I haven't been Roming, trolling, scoboding, and T1Bing since before the turn of the century?

So what exactly is it that your argument is? Is it that your runningbacks didn't get yards because Cam was too efficient at running the ball or is it that your completely unbalanced offense was the effect of Cam running out of passing situations?

Word coming out of camp is that Wilson looks extremely fabulous. Montee Ball has lost weight and gained strength. Running back position is extremely deep. Offensive line is solid, as always. WR is the question mark.
