the only thing that keeps this from being a double dipper is the lack of any sort of noticeable bump in the middle. yes, stock markets did recover, but, that was typical wall street speculative bullshit.
there really is one measurement that matters. jobs. they haven't come back, at all.

weren't we told the Bush era tax cuts (which just celebrated their 10th anniversary) were going to create jobs?
