Reading the other players at the table

So I feel like I have most of the poker fundamentals down, but my biggest weakness is probably reading/studying the other players at the table. After I've folded a hand, I have a tendency to just zone out until the next hand is dealt. The idea of trying to keep track of nine other players and all their tells and tendencies just seems really overwhelming, especially when you consider that you could get moved to a different table at any time. Just wondering if you guys have any advice on how to approach this. Do you focus on just one or two players at the table, or do you try to keep track of everyone? What specifically are you looking for? I've been playing at the same casino for a few months now and there are a lot of familiar faces every time I go up. I feel like I've got a pretty good handle on a couple of these guys' styles and tendencies, but for the most part, I have a hard time reading people and putting them on hands. Any tips/tricks/advice?

As long as you don't start screaming and throw your dick on the table when you have some power, you should be fine. Cards talk. We play a high/low Omaha every month with the same iodots and our winners still vary.

I tend to focus on a couple of things...

1) What are they showing down? Mostly good hands? Bluffs? Have they been caught many times...are they likely to chase draws (if the board if flushy or straighty and they don't get there)...
2) How much are they raising...most go 3-4x BB...some idiots though will just min raise or OVER raise
3) Take a look at their shoulders...if their shoulders are moving (that means their feet are tapping) I read a book by a former FBI Profiler Joe Navarro...your FEET give you away when you have a big hand...you don't realize your feet bouncing - which causes your upper body to move...2 examples...we play Omaha...guy bets pot on the flop J, 10, 3 board...I had flush draw to go with two pair...but I read him as having a set...his feet were going 100 mph...so I figured I was drawing thin... I fold and say nice set of jacks...he flips it up and looks at me like WTF)...poker league...4 in the pot...flop comes out...I first to act I check...check, bet...CALL (guys feet were going like Crazy he was sitting next to me)...I insta fold...fold...goes to the river and the feet tapper bets after a check and the other guy folds...but he had a monster

So those are 3 things I definitely look for...as well as douche bags who act like pros...talking all kinds of shit...I love stacking those assholes
