Biblically speaking, it's not possible.
Although God is Spirit (John 4:24), He is continually spoken of in masculine terms.
"The Father," etc.
There are some groups who claim that God is asexual.
And there are some groups who (using some Scripture) want to say that there is a Father God and there is also a Mother God.

Doubtful. It's also doubtful that God is a woman, 'cause then the world would smell like perfect pussy. Also, we'd probably not have spent our entire history as a species trying to kill each other over stupid shit.
