Buddy is the man.
He's not my favorite jazz drummer. Joe Morello sounds better to me.
But no one comes close to Buddy when it comes to ridiculously inhuman chops. Everytime I watch one of his vids, I just shake my head and laugh and think it has to be some sort of computer generated trickery. No one can move with that level of speed and precision. It's like watching a DVR of a well groomed bonzo in a suit if you hit the fast forward button about 3 times.
