There's possibly more noglets in that video than in the entire city of Portland. If that did happen in Portland, the police would have shown up and shot everyone in sight, then sorted it out later.

I've lived in the south and the north, over the past 20 years and, IMO, whites and blacks get along better in the south. Lower/middleclass neighborhoods in the south are more likely to be integrated. Not saying the south has solved issues between the two groups, but, I think they have a better handle on it.

Yeah, it's only blacks who get into fights in restaurants.

Whites would never get into a fight in a restaurant, especially a place like Waffle House.
