Someone needs to explain this one to me. I don't understand how the President can change the terms of a contract between a lender and a borrower.
It's easy. You say, I've just passed a bill that says 'less interest payments for you'. Job done.

The Federal gov't is the lender.

And how did America manage to raise a bunch of asshole entitlement children who believe college education is a right? These occupy protesters want everyone to stop making their student loan payments.
