Would it be bad salesmanship for you to tell us WHY you are selling it?

What are you talking about? The first thing I do when I attempt to attention whore errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr "sell a house", is list it on a subforum of an obscure smack board with about 20 posters.

I'm very familiar with the subdivision known as "Sugarland"...
... I'm just not sure why "Lefty" killed off all his brethren in his cookie cutter court ???
Nothing says... boring yourself to DEATH... like a suburb...
I'm thinking Lefty is a good ole boy and loves living in Houston.
Hopefully, he's makes his new digs inside the loop... in "River Oaks".

We are selling because of a great opportunity my wife has with a great company. Since I travel with the left seat gig and the hockey gig, it is only fair we live where the mrs now works. Not ready to share that part yet but will shortly.
If sharing pics of the house is somehow M2ish, so be it. I have seen pics of at least 7 other houses over the years and decided to share ours . Difference being though I actually own that house.
The photos were taken in Feb so the yard is dormant not dead, but I wouldn't expect socal to understand that anyway. And no it isn't 100k nor is it so ridiculously overpriced like real-estate on either coast. Texas never had the overvaluing boom, so there was no need for a correction either. Just solid steady 3 to 6 percent growth per year, every year. With the improvements we made we are thinking we will sell for 85K more than we purchased for in 2004.
If you are so familiar with Sugar Land as you claim, then you would think you would at least spell it correctly, with the space between the words. You would also think you would know that it has been named as one of the best places to live in the country multiple times. No desire to live in River Oaks, he'll I rarely go inside beltway 8 unless it is to go to work or to a show on the weekends.

Look, I lived in Houston for 15 years... and I spelled "Sugarland" the way I see it... a shit hole.
Houston is one giant suburb and the cool people live inside the "loop".
The fact you wouldn't want to live in "River Oaks"... by the way, happens to be one of the richest neighborhoods in the United States... says it all.
I see "Sugarland" as nothing more than a glorified "Humble" or "Champions" off FM 1960.
Hell, "University"... where you went to school (Rice) is ten times the neighborhood that "Sugarland" is.
I grew up in San Francisco... the most beautiful city in the WORLD... so my view of cool and beautiful is a bit slanted.
Sugarland... is not a place you'd EVER want to spend the rest of your days living in if you had half a brain.
By the way, my ex girlfriend went to Rice at the age of 16...being that she was the top student in the city of Houston during here time in high school.
Don't get me wrong... I love Houston.
Houston made me enough money to retire before I was 30 years old...
Good luck on your new adventures... Lefty.

Right, Sugar Land sucks, blah, blah, blah. You can have SFO and I will take SGR. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
A remote control helicopter with a digital camera underneath with a servo rigged to press the shutter button and YAHTZEE!!

Garage is unfinished inside with studs exposed but that allows for tons of hanging items. Place for a beer fridge and plenty of tools in 8 foot wide additional space that runs the complete left side of garage. Easily fit our SUV, car, and a friends Harley, plus all my tools and mower etc.
Thanks M2, I know where SFO is. Was just using IATA codes minus the K for general locations. And whatever you do please do not provide directions to SFO from SF.

I never would've known that Ren Faires and wind chimes were such huge business in Houston. Learn something new every day, I guess.

That's funny... I never knew mud-sharks could be male ???
This is quite the day... isn't !!!
Pssst... I have a business with store front's in 4 states... along with on-line sales...
You seem to be quite the "train wreck" when it comes to life terry.
For $19.95 and shipping and handling... I can get you moved to "Sugarland" with a garage.
I'm completely serious.
Go Touchdown Jesus !!!

Is this where I'm supposed to say something like, "Go Cal!" or "Strawberry Canyons Forever!" or something like that?
Sorry, can't do it. I'm trying to confine this post to the realm of the real world.
