Wow.

Almost always do if we[/] start the game's scoring with a TD.

No... no, you're not.

Chipper's weakness -- teams with some push in the middle, combined with outside speed (SUP LSU) flummox Chip's playcalling, and slows things down to pedestrian speed.

I want a rematch.

The SEC is so...OVERRATED... that they have a shit team like Allbarn ranked # 20 in the country at 6-4 ... and needed a miracle to not be a 6-5 team against one of the worst teams in College Football(Utah State) and of course, that game was at HOME!!!

Hell, they were BLASTED out of the stadium today (45-7) by a team (Georgia) that was CRUSHED by Boise State in their own state of Georgia.

It would be fun so see how much LSU would get smoked by Whoregon if they had to play a game on a neutral field in... say in Seattle.

There are more LSU fans in the hick town of Dallas/Ft.Worth than there is in the whole state of Louisiana .

Its not chips weakness, oregons weakness is the team can only get up for conference games, when they play a team from out of conference they crap all over themselves. The ducks will win out the regular season, beat the hell out of ASU in the conf final and then piss down their own leg in the bowl game..... Its what the ducks do.

Why do you choose to apply transitive theory as a way of measuring one team against another without them ever playing each other? Does this way of thinking arouse you like it arouses Jerry Sandusky whenever he sees a school bus? Boise State played Georgia at their most vulnerable state which was the beginning of the season. Georgia has improved over the course of the season, so I'm willing to bet they'd beat Boise given a second opportunity.

Oh, can you explain to me why Utah State is "one of the worst teams in College Football"?

Utah State (4-5) just beat SJSU (3-7) by one point AT HOME...and is ranked number 82 out of 119 FBS schools.

and Boise State is ranked number 7

Manning was 0-4 against Florida (or 0-3.5).

Luck is 1-2 against Oregon.

So it's the exact same thing, only completely different.

How'd that work out for the Pokes?

When you frequently play in bigtime games, you occasionally lose bigtime games. Has it been so long that you've forgotten this?

And Oregon has played in a few bigtime games over the last 3 seasons. By my estimation, this was Stanford's first in recent memory.

I was actually surprised looking through the PickEm. To me (skewed opinion due to Homerism, of course), this was one of the 2 no-brainers on the board, with a 3.5 head start... TCU was the other.

The Seastrunk, James, Thomas thing along with the schools faculty providing rental cars for players not old enough to rent them themselves and who have suspended licenses and all the players trading game used equipment for drugs will cost them a lot if Phil isn't writing big checks to the ncaa. Who are we kidding, everyone knows that phil is writing the ncaa huge checks to keep oregon from getting busted

Was just trying to compare Manning and Luck since they're probably going to be teammates next year...both will go down as excellent college QBs but had their bugaboo opponent. What would be funny is if the next guy behind Luck goes Tee Martin and wins the national title.

I took the Ducks based purely on last year's result. Stanford is a good team, but Oregon appears to be a huge match up problem for them. Too many slow white dudes trying to chase down all that speed. How's that for some rock solid post game analysis.

Funny to who?

Stanford loses their best player (or so we all are taking as a given -- what would be funny is if he came back for another season). Oregon loses... a couple of guys.

Furd ain't getting out of their own division next year, much less the PAC or to the MNC.

A school and its boosters have to know that there are rules being broken before they can write checks to get it covered up. In USC's case the rules were broken by a players step dad a hundred miles or so away and nobody at the school knew anything about it until after the player was in the NFL according to the NCAA while in Oregons case the school its self is writing checks to street agents, renting players cars and handing out cash and other goods to recruits to get them to come to that shit hole in the first place.

How does it feel to root for a team of all imported players because the local kids arent good enough? Every player from another state is nothing but a reminder to the local kids in Oregon that they will never be anything but spectators. Do they even have youth and high school football up there or do they just teach everyone to cheer and scream?

The only teams that have kept the Ducks offensive machine in check the last two years have been two elite SEC teams...Luck or no Luck, the Pac 12 is your conference until further notice.

I know banging your sister and trying to stay out of jail has caused you to live with your mom and not drink enough to gather your thoughts...

But, the ONLY team to keep Whoregon in check... has been Cal.

Last year... Cal was one shitty ass kicker from beating Whoregon...

15 to 13.

Stick to banging your mom... you freak.

I dunno... Auburn and LSU seemed to do a decent job.

But keep claiming BODE for a loss.

If Traveafuck didn't miss two field goals in the 4th quarter... Whoregon wouldn't even have been playing Auburn.

And Iowa was only 3 plays away from playing for the MNC...which would have left Oregon on the sidelines.

No doubt about it. And this year, THIS year, Iowa is only 52 plays away from being undefeated and headed for what should have been their second consecutive national title. And this has been confirmed by theJON, so it's spot on.

RACK Oregon for knowing Stanford's weaknesses and effectively exploiting them.

Really, though, it was turnovers and the offense's failure to score that killed STanford. The Oregon defense performed a lot better than I expected, and created some big plays. I knew that the Oregon offense would put up a lot of points.

Sweet, my team was better than Auburn last year!

Michigan St beat Notre Dame 34 - 31
Notre Dame beat Boston College 31 - 13
Boston College is better than Auburn because Boston College beat Clemson 16 - 10 while Auburn only beat Clemson 27 - 24.
Therefore, Michigan St is better than Auburn in 2010 as shown in 3 rounds by a combined score of 105 - 81.
