How did anyone not take LSU getting 13.5 points?

Couldn't believe that one was never corrected, even after a couple of people pointed out the error. Even harder to believe, though, yep, was the fact that there were still people who didn't jump on it.

I believe 88 has said in the past that occasionally a "clerical error" is made, and in the event that happens, he just rolls with it. Fair enough. Survival of the fittest and whatnot.

But ya, anyone who didn't jump all over that clearly didn't notice it. Just can't imagine anyone seeing LSU +13.5 vs anyone and going, "Naaaahhh, I ain't touchin' that one."

Oh, and time to revisit this little gem:

You know you just doomed yourself to a 3 next week, right?

So what does Screw do? Brings home a 4. Close enough.

What's this 15-5 in two weeks crap all about?

Good luck to those in the playoff...

Thanks to 88 for running this. It was fun to watch each week and I picked up a little extra cash putting in some real $$ weekly. Looking forward to the Bowl challenge!

Thanks for running this, 88. I’m still learning all of the rules, but I don’t understand Terry’s %. Seems to me he missed one week, which means he had a possible total of 130 so he’d be at 50% (65 out of 130)?

And remember everyone, whatever 88 posts as the spread, that’s what it is (see Georgia -13.5). When you see one of those, don’t draw attention to it, just shut up and take the freebie. Unbelievable that even with at least three different people questioning the LSU spread, some people still passed on it (‘sup Felix). And two people (both from the greater Kansas City area) picked Georgia.

Even though I don't play this thing and used to do well in the NASCAR thing... on the West Coast I don't get to see enough teams to make it worth my while. I was correct about LSU and Alabama being the top teams in my defense and are rightfully going to compete for the NC.

MgBl0w, I have stated LSU and 'Bama would play for the National Championship early on. So can you tell me "every" one here knew that? If you say "yes" then you are a lazy retard.... meaning they are the top 2 teams and jeez, wow, golly, in a NC game. :meds:

Your math is correct. Mine is not. Originally, I highlighted all of the 0 picks in blue. Dinsdale, who is just below Terry, had two 0's in his row. Then I decided that made no sense and deleted the blue zeros for everyone except those eligible to make it on percentage. For some reason, I thought it was Terry (rather than Dinsdale) who missed two weeks and so I used 120 instead of 130 as the denominator. He should have been at 50%. My bad.
That's cool. I'm a pretty good with numbers and that kind of jumped out at me. It's a pretty slick game that you run, nonetheless. Kudos.

I just missed it. I certainly didn't pick Georgia thinking they were a 13.5 point favorite. As for other people questioning the spread, I missed that too.

btw Goobs, how many footballs has 88 sent you?

Not enough. But rack you for stepping forward.
