Anybody catch this on Todd Marijuanovich this past weekend? It is airing again Friday night.......I remember going to his only playoff game in KC back in 1991 (a 10-6 loss to the Chiefs) when he threw 4 int's. Pops still comes off as a jackass.

I watched The Marinovich Project and it was a pretty compelling story-definitely worth the watch....
the two overwhelming conclusions I came away with were:

1. his old man was a fucking asshole
2. his old man is still a fucking asshole

it's interesting that he and his sister both call him Marv they didn't refer to him as dad or my father, it was always "Marv".....after watching the show, it's pretty easy to understand why Todd flamed out like he did....he didn't have anything even resembling a childhood....

he's actually pretty talented artist....



some of his stuff is pretty rudimentary, but he's got a good eye...
I hope everything turns out well for him because he seems like a really nice cat....

Todd was a little bit before my time, so most of his story is pretty new to me. I'm actually surprised he's still around. Most people who grew up like he did (as Felix said, without a childhood) usually end up dead by now from ODing or drinking themselves to death or dying in some violent accident.
