Anybody EVER seen this called before?

The flag for try to induce the offense to jump was a good one. The stemming part of it I don't get. No mention of illegal stemming in either Rule 2 or the index.

At least they knew what they were doing unlike the SEC crew working in that Potato Famine bowl. Signaled TD. Then they review and he comes back with 4th down fumble rules and overrules the call on the field and gives them a TD, which was originally signaled by the HL. Then they review again and say he was down before the fumble and the Ref drops "boy" instead of player. Then after three tries they finally get it right.
