Jsc and Python

What have I told you 2 clowns all year? I said Alabama is a better team than LSU, but you two mocked me. I also said that they are the best two teams but 'Bama is better. Y'all scoffed after I've repeatedly told you how it is.

Hey, who won the National Championship tonight?

I will accept your written apologies in this thread.

Get in line. You're hardly the only one—much less the first one—to tell them that Bama was the better team.

Py and Jsc, it was a weird night. I never expected that. Y'all have a great team...just wasn't their night. Congrats on a great, great season.
I'm with ya,split with who?

This would be what we call a lie. I never mocked you for saying Alabama is the better team. I mocked you for one single statement you made: Georgia exposed LSU's defense. After you said that, I told you that Murray threw 16 of 40 passes for only 163 yards including two interceptions. LSU gave up 78 yards rushing. Outscored them 41-0 after the first quarter. And then I called you an idiot, which was correct based on your statement.

Now as far as last night's game, total domination by Alabama. Just like Chip said, they were the better team last night. That's based on the simple fact that they beat us on the scoreboard (as well as everywhere else for that matter). Just like we beat them the first time, making us the better team on that night, which is what I've been saying all this time. These teams place twice and split the games. LSU's win wasn't as convincing Bama's last night, but if we play 8 more times, I could easily see it going 4-4. Bama got the better of us last night and LSU flat out didn't show up. Miles was outcoached, which doesn't take much to do, and refused to put in Lee. Dumb move.

If you guys have watched LSU all season, which I'd say most of you have done, you'd have to agree that that wasn't the same team last night. Most of the credit goes to Bama's defense, but LSU also flat out laid an egg in the biggest game most of them will ever see. A high scoring offense that beat the likes of , Oregon, Arkansas previously Alabama (all top 5 at the end of the season and all big bowl winners) and West Virginia, who put an interstate speed limit on the scoreboard in their bowl win, simply decided to let their success go to their heads and decided not to play.

Again, props to Bama for winning this game from the first snap.

And by the way, I must be getting old because I would normally be up all night after this kind of a loss. I slept very well, which is kind of nice.

Finally, an LSU fan steps up and admits what everyone else across the nation has been saying throughout dude's lucky rabbit's foot of a career in Baton Rouge.

Van, I realize you have no way to know this, but I'd say 75% of LSU fans despise Miles, even though he has an outstanding record. Last night is just another example of why.

So you're part of the 25%. Nothing wrong with that.

Py, well, somehow I always seem to manage to run into that other 25%. Dyed-in-the-wool LMBSHs like Jsc, basically. Even some of Miles's stupidest moves couldn't prompt LSU fan to say a word against the guy. That whole "Mad Hatter" thing is just a euphemism for "reckless dumbass," yet somehow it was turned into a sort of badge of honor by LSU fan.

Fair enough Python about the Georgia/LSU game. However, I said Alabama was the better team ALL year and not just on one night. Fresno State's old OC Jim McElwain had LSU's ass then and now. I blame Bush. :)

edit: Still waiting for an apology from Chip.

Probably coulda used some of that last night. I couldn't believe how conservative they stayed throughout the entire game. Just try something, anything. They were down 12, which might as well have been 120, and continued to run straight up the gut and into the teeth of the Bama defense, and absolutely insisted on rolling out the option and other slow developing running plays for continual 4, 5, 6 yard losses. As an impartial fan just wanting a good game, it was maddening.

That is literally the first clever thing I've seen from The Freek. Every other clip of his had me scratching my head and saying to myself, "Really? You guys are laughing your asses off over that? Inserting crude C&P's of SEC coaches' heads into stupid action-adventure clips has you guys rolling in the aisles? Dayum!"

If you know the inside politics of the SEC, Freek is spot on.

Subtle uses of Paul Finebaum and other third party characters make his animations the editorial cartoons of the 21st century.

Uhhhh...no. Lame, stupid and childishly simplistic is just lame, stupid and childishly simplistic. There are no deep "SEC politics" mysteries here. Any way you want to slice it, slapping Les Miles's face on Daniel Craig hopping aboard a Jetski will never be any more clever or funny than Hee Haw.

Hee Haw was pure genius. I'm sure that once the French tire of Jerry Lewis, they will be all over Hee Haw.
