Stonum was a Wolverine, so I'll take this one .

I really liked Hoke redshirting him this year in light of his dui's. If he was able to stay out of trouble he would have been welcomed back to the team. The word was that he embraced his role on the practice squad and contributed there all season. I was really pulling for the kid. Then he gets caught driving without a liscence....dumbass. He left Hoke no choice.

I wish him well.

He had to go, simple as that. I was hoping this would happen...he was an embarrassment to that program.

Stonum is on schedule to graduate in May and will transfer an be able to play right away. Here's his response....
