Gov't Mule-Monkey Hill (from Gov't Mule-the only album of theirs I ever owned)

Leo Kottke-Monkey Lust (from Mudlark, one of my favorite Kottke albums)

Foo Fighters-Monkey Wrench (from Colour and the Shape-I became a foo fan and bought the Colour disc)

Elvis Presley-Too Much Monkey Business (from almost any of his compilation albums-ask brad and he'll probably have a few thousand extra copies lying around)

Toots and the Maytals-Monkey Man (which Amy Winehouse butchered with her remake)

Yep, I must have 10-12 Kottke CDs, but don't have that one.
Mudlark is a lot different from most of Leo's stuff....

here's the song....

personally, I don't really like the song, but songs like Cripple Creek and Stealin make up for it....

no george michael "monkey"? I understand.

good to see bottlerockets get love. their lead vocalist use to do a solo show like five blocks away from my house on dec 25th and it would fuck up my annual dec 25th party.
