Rack your PET except for the balst at the end. I love Lower Manhattan. New York's a great place...to visit, but if I was rich as hell, it would be the only place to be.
I've been to the WTC site a few times, I want to see it again next time I am in NY.

The fountain/hole is clever, well thought out. Shame you have to get groped by security to see it, but I suppose that fits the narrative. I'd pass on that regard and hit the local wax museum.
The Freedom Tower looks uninspired :|

Yeah, I hear the fishing, hunting, surfing, skiing, hiking, rafting, and whatnot in Manhatten is second to none.
Your priorities are fucked up.

Why do you tacky Americans insist on building this mythological narrative around 9/11?
It was
one fucking retaliation.
Imagine if all the countries you bomb on a daily basis built their own:
Freedom Igloo
Freedom Yurt
Freedom Corrugated Sheet Metal Lean-To
What a bunch of fucking cry-babies. Grow a pair.

There's nothing you can do, it opened with a show stopper - keep it simple, the fountain does the job. Classy, understated.

I've driven in Seattle many times. Completely different plane. Not even in the same league. New Yorkers are work class "fuck-you-over" drivers. Even old women will hit your car if you don't get out of their way.
I would insist that you visit Seoul sometime. Sitting in a taxi at a redlight on a 4 lane street, only to have 5 cars side by side pointing in the same direction...when the light turned green, it reminded me of the Nintendo Cart game I used to play with my kids.

I've never been to Seoul, but I imagine it's similar to Seattle, only with slightly fewer Asians.

NYC should have used this opportunity to regain its position of having the tallest building in the world.
And I would have topped it off with a SAM missile launcher.

ironically enough, he uses it about once every 368 posts, while you use stfu about once every 414 posts...
weird....I think I'm going to pick 3-6-8-4-14 and 42 (the number of catfights you two have had) for the mega millions drawing....

Imagine if all the FALSE FLAGS--like this one and Gulf of Tonkin--which caused you to bomb sovereign nations--were called to account.

Is an unaware, immigrant janitor who died instantly a hero like a fireman who died climbing stairs to save people?
I'm not one to shit on the deceased but I have a little trouble ascribing the label "hero" to an office clerk who died while she was shuffling paper.

it's not the subject....doesn't matter where it was taken....
I appreciate the aesthetics of the photo.....
do you see a difference in these two pictures...they're both of Half Dome in Yosemite.....
one is worth the flash drive space it took up, the other was a part of an Ansel Adams collection that was valued by Sotheby's at $200 million...the quality of 88's photo falls somewhere in between....

It's the 'Northern Reflections' line of sweaters, my gran loves them, she's got them all. (bless her)
Really comforting images of ducks swimming around and deer running in the woods. They're designed to provoke an emotional response - not one that I'd choose, but I appreciate her all the more for it. She's all about cooking big breakfasts for everyone.
