Well Sharpstown, Manvel, and Yates are all in areas of Houston you wouldn't want to drive thru at night nor are they known for their academic excellence.
About par for the course for Tech though.

Not too surprising being that Dexter Manley is a Yates alum.

Tuberville would say "we couldn't get him in school" whenever he got beat out for a recruit at Auburn.
Then half of his class would not qualify.
