But my plan to keep spending and raise taxes thru the roof was not implemented.
The situation was far worse than I first thought.
That is still the plan but I will need another term to accomplish the goal.
If the rich would only pay more we would have met this goal.
Choose any or all of his responses if he were to be called on that speech.
