Detroit going dark?

It seems that Detriot is trying to 'shrink' their city by turning off a great amount of street lights in the city. I can see THIS going well . . . . . . .

Hopefully they will continue to kill each other, THEN, the city can start from scratch.

good. stop spending cash on unnecessary infrastructure. i wish a lot more roads were no longer maintained and lights removed.
