because Mariott is where you can cash your frequent flier miles, right?

I've done the Royal Gorge run once and while it's decently fast, Browns Canyon further up-river has way more awesome rapids per mile and is thus way more fun. The last time we took my daughter along when she was about 7 or 8, they strapped her in the middle of the raft. We had a blast.

Nice PET, I love Colorado.

actually, they just have a strap in the middle a kid can hold on to because if the raft flipped you really don't want to be trapped underwater. I imagine it's pretty hard to flip one of those rafts, though.

People didn't pay attention to detail.

They just skim through PETs quickly to see if there is any @SS to look at - and the only one you posted was that of a horse.

Funny...this town used to be famous for growing the stuff ("fallbrook redhair"), but the only dispensary around here got closed by the county in 2010.

I knew they were there, but to go in one was just surreal -
first time I went into one to look around, I was stunned by the fact that the shop was openly selling reefer, and that their merchandise appeared to be top shelf-kick you in the face quality....

No it isn't.

It could be the ugliest town in Colorado outside of the plains.

Knowing your taste now... you may enjoy a stay in Stockton, Fresno, and Bakersfield on your next vacation get away to California.
