I have no doubt there are many that could beat Bolt in a 40. Taller dudes need to get the legs going to reach top speed...in a 40 quickness will cancel out sheer speed.

can't speak to the legitimacy of the guy in that reddit link i posted but he sounded much more intelligent than i am so will assume he was right when he called denard a lying piece of shit, in so many words. his math already had bolt running a faster 40, and that was without accounting for the fact a guy running track sprints has his reaction to the gun included in his final time whereas dudes running 40s are only timed from first twitch to finish line.
