Looks like I need to become a Temple fan if I wanna go to games.

I believe Wazzu still pays you to come to a game.

Tough spot they're in -- bad teams from a former QB factory, out in the middle of nowhere, hundreds of miles from any major urban area.

The Ducks visit Wazzu this season... in Seattle (probably 250 miles from Pullman, give or take). Only way Wazzu can make any money.

Speaking of -- Wazzu has a huge campus in Vancouver, right across the Creek from here. I would think Wazzu could sell out if they played a game in Portland (only one stadium, and it's only about 20K or so, but 20K would be more than Wazzu usually pulls). Idon't know the demographics, but I would think the extended Portland area might have their biggest fanbase, what with the West Campus.

Regardless, maybe Wazzu can use the new TV money to do... something. Getting Leach can't hurt.

Leach can only put so many butts in the seats, because there's a limited number of butts to sit in Nowheresville.

They need to get the entire student body, who usually get cheap tix, to attend.
