I will tell you that if you give the Flips an inch they will take a mile. I've never once seen a white male or female employed in a medical facility with a Filipina Director of Nursing. Not once, not ever. They hire their own and they import them in from the P.I.

Secondly, it used to be in the military the Flip nationals were restricted to Rates such as Store Keepers and Kitchens. If you needed ANY supplies, books, flight gear, goods, etc. you need to be in cool with the Flips that run the joint.

Chip, if you want to have credibility, look at the exploding Hmong population now in the US. Fresno has the highest and Minnesota has the 2nd in the country. The Hmong are from the mountainous regions of SE Asia and were given a free ticket to come to the US. It used to be every primered car was a '69 low-rider driven by a Mexican.
