We could remind them all that the insiders are just fine, 'cause they sold their shares at $38, just before the IPO and the "delayed" earnings reports came out.

Im no SEC guy but I think they had what is called a "lock down" period that they couldn't sell shares, I think it ended Friday but what the hell who honestly thinks Facebook is worth more than 12 to 15 a share? Sucks for them.
