I know King Crimson likes to hate on the MAC, but that conference has some ballers.

Still no excuse for the way we lost. We should be 1-3 and not 2-2.

Usually in the 3rd year of a new coach you are supposed to see progression and I see nothing but regression and the future doesn't look very bright.

Sad thing is that Holtz got a contract extension and a raise before the season and so did our AD. Not looking like a bright move right now.

i don't hate on the MAC, i just think everyone loves their local D-whatever teams as tough and thinks everyone else's (BCS conferences) regional teams are cupcakes. like when Tulsa beat Notre Dame. i called it on this board.

as for Oklahoma....exactly the kind of game OU loses in the late Stoops/Jones era.

exhale.

Seriously K.C..
That old man can flat out coach..he wins with kids no one else even thinks of recruiting. Snyder has as much respect from me as any coach in CFB. Reminds me of Osborne. He's based his team on winning up front like Osborne did..
Hope you guys see that even though it's a tough loss. I think the OU fans I've always admired will.
OU played with it's usual class and Stoop's post game meet at midfield showed how much he respects Snyder...
You caught some breaks from the refs, but you had some tough mistakes..one caused by a good play call on "D" by KSU on your goal line.
Long way to go and OU still can get there.
I still like physical verses finesse. Snyder does too. It's old time football.

No problems Mucho. You guys will bounce back against FSU this Saturday.

Is that supposed to be English?

The whole "the MAC is better than other mid-major conferences" stereotype exists for a reason...because it's fucking true.

Mgo,
The MAC would get pwned by the Mountain West. Bitch.

Mucho,
Maybe we should just trade teams for the year. I'll root for the Bulls if you back the Buffs...

You make absolutely no sense. How on earth you were ever admitted to Vandy is beyond me.

While that has been our m.o. as a program I see a huge beat down coming from FSU on Saturday. E.J. will have a field day on our "d"

While I appreciate Mgo's support for the most under-appreciated league in 1-A football, I wouldn't say the MAC is superior to the Mountain West. The MWC has the advantage of bigger budgets. In fact, I bet Boise's football budget is as large as Eastern Michigan's entire athletic budget.

Why? Winning on the road is always difficult, regardless of where you are going. USF is a nice program but this condescending attitude is bullshit. Quite simply the MAC had its way with the Big East teams this weekend. It happens once in a while, give the MAC some credit.
