Running up the score doesn't help in the computers, which are killing the Ducks. #2 in both human polls, since humans have eyes.

It will all work out in the end. After the Colorado Byealoes next saturday, it's USC, Stanford, the Fighting M2's, and Sheepfucker U. Then whoever comes out of the South, which is a crapshoot, since the Toejams are going to drop another conference game. Should bump the computers a bit. Just have to win out (knocking on wood), and either Florida or Bama is going to drop one... and ESPN's rigging job last year turned out to be a financial failure, so we won't be seeing another SEC/SEC tilt this time.

It was the lowest rated BCS CG in history.

Oh, you meant the "rigging" part. The SEC champ's spot in the CG has been bought and paid for... tell me you knew?

Louisiana Tech put up 57 pointa against A&M. LSU managed 24. Yeah, real impressive.

No one seems to be considering the possibility that Louisiana Scabdick University blows out Bama, then drills Florida in the SEC CG.

Could happen... wouldn't bet on it, but it could happen.

At Oregon, they pay them after they leave, through Nike endorsements.

Hell, Dennis Dixon probably still has a Nike contract... I believe Joey bstill gets a Nike check.

Unethical, but I don't see how the NCAA can pass a rule against it.

Okay - well maybe not, but.
Badgers are looking like they might have righted the ship. MSU, tOSU and PSU over the next five weeks will tell for sure.

Auburn looks like a large steaming pile of shit. Your love affair with them is understood.

An Auburn/BC matchup would be sweet.

Hell, Army beat BC. Sure, BC is on the board... because they played FCS Maine.

Winner of that game gets Kansas.

Just in time to go for 3 straight Granddaddy losses.

But then again, you know how you lose 3 straight BCS Bowls? By making it to 3 straight BCS Bowls... which doesn't suck.

But I can't see Wisky beating USC or winning a rematch with OS... but maybe we should play the game anyway.

Speaking of 3 straight BCS Bowls... only one team has a current 3-straight streak. I'll let you figure out which one.

And BTW -- the local fanbase seems to be rallying to raise national awareness that the only reason KSU is where they are was through cowardice, which also crippled Oregon's SoS... fucking assholes.

And speaking of cancelling POS's -- Maybe Oregon should drop Nicholls State from 8/31/13 (I think that was another cancellation... UGA, maybe?) and head off to Columbus to fill that void.

They're still showing Tennessee on next years' schedule, but I thought they had developed a sudden fear of flying... or mascots that fly, or something.

Fuck K State. They shouldn't reap rewards from that chickenshit BS. Fuck Georgia, too. Fuck everyone who schedules games then grows a vagina after the fact.

I am fully confident Wisky beats Oregon State in a rematch. First game was very close, and that was before Bret jettisoned the former SEC Cletus who fucked up the O-line early on.

I wouldn’t feel as confident about beating USC except that Southern Sam pointed out what a shitty QB they have.

The first Bucky/Husbandry U tilt was indeed close... when OS's roster of freshmen and sophs were still pretty green. The defense has improved quite a bit, and since Wisky couldn't score on the neophyte defense, I don't see that changing a full season later.

But let's finish the schedules first.

Fuck the Beavs for making me say nice things about them-btw.

Sidenote -- nice to see the cheapest noisebleeders for the Civil War are up to $225. I might just have to enjoy it at a party here in Portland, or go hit the bar in Corvallis in full Ducks gear, always a health hazard.

Agreed -- Barkely is still probably the best QB, or pro-style one, anyway. His rating might not quite reflect it, but anyone who watches much USC knows they take a bunch of high-risk, low-% pokes downfield with the insane fucking receivers they have. Makes for a lot of incompletions, a few INTs, and a lot of jaw-dropping tuddies.

Let's not be silly here.

Looks like it's likely a PAC QB will be the #1 pick for a second straight year.

Not that I've given up on a season with a 10 games remaining, but if I were to pull such a kcdave bitch move, I'd wholly endorse the Chiefs taking Barkley with the #1 pick. But they won't, of course. They'd probably take whichever LSU D-lineman they could get to sign for the least amount of signing bonus to keep Glen Dorsey and Tyson Jackson company at Plaza III on Tuesday karaoke nights.

Just saw a thingy with the Vegas folk that said in a neutral-site game next week, Oregon would be favored by 3 or more over any team not named Bama... who they'd get 3 against.

FWIW

tOSU H&H, 2020 ans 2021.

Well done, by both teams. Much props, Buckeyes.

I KNOW they won't cancel.

didn't realize running a gauntlet of illinois, purdue, and minnesota counted as righting the ship. game against msu will be fun though. line is 6.5 or something. that should be the over/under, not the spread.

Weren't you the one who said that "no defense = no love from me"? Or words to that effect?

You do know that tOSU gave up 49 to Indiana, right?

And yet you're ranking them ahead of a team that's allowed 66 points all season?

Ponderous . . .
