He probably just wants to meet AJ's mom.
Can't fault the guy for that.

Sam, why did you even include Zach Mettenburger in your little list there? More importantly, would you have posted this thread had Bellotti said, "Hmmm....anyone but that wildly overrated clipboard holder for Bama."
Even more importantly, here's the real question, and it's the one that will be asked of NFL GMs in the none-too-distant future: "Of all the QBs out there, which stud do you want under center for your franchise?"
If you truly think AJ McCarron's name will be the answer for anyone picking very early in the draft, you are sadly delusional.

Get it through your thick head -- Bama has blown out all but one opponent... and this has garnered them the #80 passing offense.
80
That's neither an opened-up offense, nor a dazzling QB.
Maybe someday, you can join the rest of us in reality.

McCarron is not a "great" QB, Sam. Andrew Luck, RGIII...those guys were great QBs. McCarron is merely a good QB on an elite team who will likely be drafted somewhere in the middle to late rounds, who, when finally faced with some adversity, broke down crying on national TV.

When you are Belotti and staring straight down the barrel of a BCS title berth against most likely ‘Bama and McCarron (gasp!), who else are you gonna suggest when asked that question? Ya’ know, that whole thing about, ‘not giving the opponent any bulletin board material’ and all?
I mean, I knew that the south was riddled with sub-par IQ’s and SECBSH of monolithic proportions, but damn, SS… at least
try to buck the trend.

Edit to add: Whoops
This one is gonna hurt...

Huh? Bellotti isn't with Oregon any more.
Yeppers… caught myself a bit too late on that one.
Let me just throw a few more of these on the fire…

True, Bellotti isn't with Oregon in any capacity anymore (besides collecting his $500K state pension every year).
He is now with the Entertainment Southeasternconference Programming Network.
Nah, no vested interest there.

Nope, they're not. Finally, you got something right about this guy.

Actually, Sam fucked up the punctuation. He meant to say:
The "experts" aren't raving about him, because he's a shit QB.

Well, McCarron is certainly no Mark Sanchez.

Definitely not. Sanchez was the fifth pick in the entire draft and a full-time starter as a green rookie and ever since. McCarron won't get a sniff at any of that.

Yep, Sanchez is so good that he's going to give up his job to Tim Fucking Tebow very soon. Yep, he's just
that good.

Anyone with two brain cells to rub together (which definitely includes you) knows that the problem there isn't Sanchez. Minus any receivers, a decent running game, an offensive line worth a shit or a head coach worth that same shit, what do you expect? Back when they had a running game and a solid defense he managed to ride those assets to two AFC Championship games, including one his rookie year. That's something no rookie QBs ever do.
Now the team around him has completely fallen apart. No one could do shit there, and still Tebow hasn't been able to get a sniff. Kinda like AJ MCarron, come to think of it.

Klein or Barner get my vote. As if I have one.
Actually, the crew on this board is every bit as qualified as the voters, so long as they recuse themselves from voting from their homer pick (no Barner for me, no AJ for you, etc).
Lets see how Klein does with a bad noggin. KSU has a tough decision ahead.

Hey, Ben and Shaun! Curt texted me a bit ago and told me to check in. Good to see you guys. Well actually, except you, Ben… you and your team can go fuck a salmonella riddled meat grinder.
Anyways, great to finally be recognized as an elite QB in the NFL. That means a lot coming from you, Curt. Again, thanks for the text. Go, Blue Hens!!!!
One more thing, Ben… I hear you’re wearing your prison uniforms again when we play in a week and a half. No. No irony there, fuckhead.

Excellent job guys. So glad all of your careers flourished after your rookie seasons. [cough cough]Sorry, Shaun[/cough cough]
So, what’s that… in the past 12 years 42% of those years featured a rookie QB in a conference championship game? Boooom!
Enjoy your thanksgivings, everyone and make sure you get yourself a turducken.
Oh and, the Steelers can go blow ass. Especially Harris and Fuqua.
