Holy smoke, what a start. Can't believe a former middle of the road Big 12 team with a 1st year coach and freshman QB are ass raping the home town boys so far. Really pains me to say this, but Aggie looks pretty damn good this year and I am thankful they no longer play Texas because that team would shred what little defense the Longhorns have this year.

OK, I will. aTm was a SWC team before they joined the XII. The SWAC is home to the likes of Alcorn State and Grambling. Regardless, they were a XII team, and they appear to be right-at-home in the SEC West playing a big-time XII-style offense and running a bend-but-don't-break XII-style defense.

ATM's never been in the SWAC.

Why is everyone surprised over this? aTm wasn't good enough to succeed in their regular league where everyone knew the texture of the corns in their shit and knew what they were going to do before they thought of it. Now aTm is having success because of a fresh start in a new league where, aside from casual tape, no one has any good nitty gritty on them. I fully expect aTm to fall back to earth starting next year.

Apparently, for whatever reasons, you don't like aTm, but you can't deny that they outplayed the Tide yesterday and deserved to win.....and they didn't do it with smoke and mirrors or because they're the new kid on the block. FWIW, the aTm staff had the same amount of time to prepare for 'Bama and apparently had time to prepare a pretty good game plan to play a team they hadn't seen before.
