K-State - Baylor

It's early but the Wildcats look like they've been game planning for Texas or Oregon instead of Baylor, and are trailing 14-7. Their defense looks pathetic and Oregon would drop 80 on them if they were playing tonight. In other news, Stanford is showing Oregon how defense is supposed to be played.....so far.

Alabama-Notre Dame for it all?

Wait. it's really early. Calm down, old man...calm down.
 Yep, I'm sure you're enjoying things so far, Sam, and salivating over the thought of both teams getting upset tonight....along with all of the Irish fans.

Collin Klein is showing why he's the Heisman frontrunner with that last drive to get a FG to cut the lead to 28-17. This one is a long way from over and I think the Wildcats are in pretty good shape right now. Two great games going on tonight.

Indeed.

Although I'm not seeing much of the other one.

This was a huuuuuuge trap game. Baylor getting 13 points seemed almost too easy.

Baylor definitely has the mojo going on tonight. K-State has some serious work to do offensively to get back in the game, but their defense has to make a few stops for that to happen.

This is why worrying about what the BCS rankings "projects" at the title game before we've even finished the season is a waste of time...let this crap unfold. A team like K-State doesn't know what to do on this stage so they can easily do what we saw last night and just eat their balls on the national stage against a .500 team.

i thought KSU's talent would catch up to them once this year....but surprised it was in Waco. Snyder has always defended the spread reasonably well with a couple exceptions, but Briles had his number for sure.
