Very sad story from Cleveland

These events do not surprise me any more. We have developed a culture of death where especially young children, born or unborn, are looked at asTHINGS to be discarded like a piece of roadkill. Shame on our society. Then again, no one has shame anymore either. My only wish is that some day in the future people will look back in horror at what we have done.
My youngest daughter and her husband have been trying hard to have children. She is now carrying monoamniotic twin girls. One twin is getting more nourishment than the other and both will surely die if nothing is done. She will be going to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP--look it up) to have a laser procedure done to try to save both girls. I am guessing my daughter has developed a more healthy attitude about how rare and precious life really is.
