The top ten best places to be born in 2013:
1. Switzerland
2. Australia
3. Norway
4. Sweden
5. Denmark

Yeah, a fair bit of socialism, but, as mvscal pointed out, it's pretty much a whiteness test. Of course, being exposed to long term ubersocialism, such as with Russia and Ukraine, trumps whiteness and puts them at the bottom of the list.
Take a look at similar surveys of the US and the states line up moe or less the same way. Lilly white north dakota leads many categories.

Right now there is the oil boom deal. Prior to that it was just little things like edumacashum and crime rates.

Yeah because those countries are SO much like Russia, etc. in so many other ways.

russians and ukranians are for the most part white euros. so, yeah they are fairly similar. where they differ is that they been doing the socialism thing longer. and by socialism, i'm not talking that half assed thing the western euros do, i mean full on commie style.
